Welcome to Hostlistic. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using any part of the Hostlistic platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you are using Hostlistic on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
Hostlistic is an AI-integrated event management platform that allows organizers to create, manage, and promote events. Features include ticketing, attendee management, agenda scheduling, speaker lineups, real-time engagement tools (Q&A, polls), and AI-generated content assistance. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature at any time.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Hostlistic is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account. You may not transfer your account to another person without our written consent.
4. Organizer Responsibilities
As an event organizer, you are solely responsible for the events you create, including their accuracy, legality, and fulfillment. You must not create events that are fraudulent, misleading, illegal, or that violate third-party rights. You are responsible for issuing refunds to attendees according to your stated refund policy.
5. Payments and Fees
Hostlistic charges a service fee on paid ticket transactions. All fees are disclosed before you publish a paid event. Payouts are processed after event completion subject to our payout schedule. In cases of disputes or chargebacks, we reserve the right to withhold funds pending investigation.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and software on the Hostlistic platform are the property of Hostlistic or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you upload but grant Hostlistic a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating the platform.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: use the platform for unlawful purposes; upload malicious code; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system; harass or harm other users; scrape or reverse-engineer the platform; or use our AI tools to generate content that is false, defamatory, or harmful.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, without prior notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately, but provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hostlistic is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Hostlistic in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
